• Assist Client with Discussions and Negotiations with Customer/VA
• Determine Strategic Plan of Final Proposal Revisions
• Review and recommendations on Best and Final Offer
• Assist with Proposal Revisions
• Assist with Best and Final Offers until VA satisfaction
