Administration Phase

• Assist Client with Lease Administration to include Annual Rent, CPI Adjustment, Property Tax evaluation, Operational Cost Adjustments, and Lease Contract Officer inquiries regarding the leased space.
• Assist Client with any Change Orders, Amendments, or Alterations to the Lease contract

Consulting and advising clients on Real Property Development utilizing best procurement methods to ensure that all VA or Government Agency contracting requirements are met.
